Commenting on Funkitatious has exhausted my Funkabulary and finding myself far from readjusted when you hit me with this track, I am somewhat lost for words but believe I may have achieved Ascenzion. Make my funk the Al funk. I need to lie down now but shall without doubt return for more enlightenment when I have recovered. Awesome Al - That's your new knickname :)

I didn't have to wait to form an impression on this one :) it was instantaneous. Went onto song info. for the lyrics though as my ears could not quite pick them up (getting old!)

Funk doesn't get much better than this... and throwing in the rap vibe takes the tune on a funky flight from the 70's to present day. Excellent dynamics and just killer mix of instrumentation. Did I mention that your production skills are second to none? A very well deserved #1 here. You never cease to amaze me Al....Bravo!

Right off I hear a great groove from the rhythm section! Love those tight and funky old school guitars. The clavinet fits perfectly in this mix. That bass is stealing the show with that driving beat man...Really nice toe tappin' fun! Great production!

Wow, first of all I just had to listen a couple of times to the intro. How did you do that? So good!
I love that combination of slab bass and synth. The synth is coming right from the 80’s for me.
Such a great building up with a strong live sound, like you are standing in front of the stage where everything is happening. There is happening so much.
Those who have listened to this one surely will have a really good mood with lots of energy, it’s a kind of dope.
One point, I would have put it in the Funk genre.
Very good job, really in your style. I remark you are using more vocal samples nowadays which is a very good step.

Wow! Killerintro with Delicious basswork!!! Nice and fat groove.Love the funk guitarwork. Surreal blend with funk and rap.Are you using real singers on this one? Hard to believe that this is vocal-inserts.Solid brass and lead-synthwork.

I'm a big fan of 70's style funk, so you had me hooked right away. I always liked this kind of music because it is usually so much fun and so upbeat, you always got the impression that the musicians were enjoying every second...and you've achieved that with this song. A lot of fun, a track that you want to join in with, very rhythmic and funky. But like many things that are intended as fun or comedy, they are the most difficult to nail...and you've done that 100% here. Awesome.

Loved the bass, kick drum and rythm guitar here, excellent arrangement, and..... my good friend Al, I can only say that every song you produce is a new level and doesn´t stop to suprise me in its professionality on both musicality and technical production!!!!

Wow, this really is something else! What a fabulous funky tune. The intro had me thinking of Decoy album by Miles Davis with the synth sounds. Then it changed to make me think of Funkadelic’s, Standing On The Verge Of Getting It On. Are you sure Boots Collins isn’t playing bass on this! This is as funky as hell. Fantastic playing, vocalising and production. Brilliant stuff Al.
